During this special event, both local and international startups in the construction sector came together to discuss innovation developments and trends, offering inspiring presentations to the attendees.
The event delved into a range of innovative technologies used in the construction sector, from robotics to artificial intelligence and virtual reality, all aimed at making construction and working methods faster, safer, and more sustainable. Nesrin Akın Oztabak, the Founder and CEO of BIMCRONE, shared the company’s innovative efforts and its vision for the future of the industry during her presentation at the event.

BIMCRONE participated in the Digital Construction Week, the only event dedicated to digital construction, engineering, design, manufacturing, and operations in the United Kingdom. The event supports the goal of the construction industry to build smarter buildings using technology.

As BIMCRONE, we showcased our solutions in the field of digitalization in the construction sector by participating in this significant event.
Throughout the event, the focus was on the latest technologies shaping the future of the construction, engineering, design, manufacturing, and operations fields. Digital Construction Week aims to help the industry build smarter and more sustainable buildings.
On the second day of the event, Sinan Öztabak, the CTO of BIMCRONE, delivered a presentation titled “Unlocking the potential of digital twin technology with BIMCRONE.” He provided insights into the process of creating a building’s digital twin and introduced BIMCRONE’s work in this area to the participants.
BIMCRONE founding partner Nesrin Akın Öztabak took part as a speaker at the panel organized by the United Nations European Economic Forum in Spain to discuss the importance of digitalization in the construction industry in terms of World resources. In the panel where ideas were exchanged for a less damaging and more efficient construction sector, the speech of the founding partner Nesrin Akın Öztabak was appreciated.

BIMCRONE managed to be one of the top 20 startups in the BIG Bang 2021 Start-up Challenge competition held by ITU Çekirdek. BIMCRONE founding partner Nesrin Akın Öztabak, who made the presentation, expressed her vision for BIMCRONE with the following words.

The Hyva Group carried out in Turkey, 5 carrier sector located between the fair Yapı Fair – Turkeybuild Istanbul, April 6 to 9 at Istanbul brought together representatives of the industry in tüyap a hybrid method. Trade, in addition to being Turkey’s largest trade fair in the industry as the region and is among the most important in the world. Yapı Fair – Turkeybuild Istanbul, which is the cooperation platform where the building sector meets, brings together the domestic exhibitors and manufacturers of our sector, which provide foreign currency inflow to the country and have an important share in the export item, with foreign buyers.
STARTUPs were brought together with the construction sector in the YAPI TECH GARAGE area created within the scope of the project realized for the first time this year.
BIMCRONE made a presentation within the scope of YAPI TECH GARAGE at Yapı Fair – Turkeybuild Istanbul and had the opportunity to introduce the BIMCRONE program to the sector throughout the fair.
In the first competition we launched at the end of 2020 to identify promising initiatives for investment from the EdenBase fund and to participate and benefit from the transformative community in London, applications from companies in 28 countries were made.
BIMCRONE, which made it to the semi-finals, was selected according to the evaluations of the EdenBase expert jury panel and was invited to Virtual Base Camp Week (22-26 March). Throughout the week, all teams participated in panels and content sessions focused on frontier technology and sustainable super growth, booked 1: 1 sessions, and interviewed EdenBase team and judges.
At the end of all this process, BIMCRONE managed to become a FINALIST.
